This is where our personal attention gets most effective. I like to think I’m on the “self-aware” side of the equation right now. The more we talk about that, the more we get to think about it. Self-aware thinking isn’t always a good way to think about things. It can be the opposite of true self-aware thinking.

Im not talking about being aware of the way you feel. I’m talking about being aware of the thoughts and beliefs that are causing you to feel the way you do.

How do I take the time to think about this?
