There are three levels to self-awareness: 1) self-awareness of body, 2) self-awareness of actions, and 3) self-awareness of thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Each is necessary in order for us to be able to function in society and get a job. We can also learn to improve on our own habits and routines. At the same time, we should know how our thoughts affect us.

The first level of self-awareness is body awareness. The second level is actions. The third level is thought awareness. At this stage the mind can’t think much about itself. We have to be very aware of our thoughts and feelings in order to be able to act on them.

This is also something that we can develop by learning to become more aware of our own physical behavior. In fact, I would suggest that all of us are all on a continuum of self-awareness. The more aware we are of our own behaviors, the more we can control them. This is why many of us would benefit from self-awareness courses. By learning how to do things that are physically possible, we can actually make those things possible. I don’t necessarily mean we can do them.

I think that the more aware I am of myself physically, the more I can control my own behavior. I think that’s why it’s important to learn to walk, talk, eat, sleep, and so on, because it lets me learn how to do those things. And it lets me know how I can control them.

Just by learning how to do those things, you can exercise a little self-awareness. In fact, if you have physical self-awareness, you can control your own behavior, which enables you to make yourself behave in ways you wouldn’t have thought possible.

Translation is a skill that is a combination of cognitive and behavioral. We can learn how to translate ourselves and our actions to each other. We can learn how to translate our physical actions to our emotional reactions. This is why our bodies and minds are so intertwined. When we can speak and understand each other’s language, we are able to control our behavior, which is a big deal.

And speaking of our bodies and minds, I’ve been watching a documentary/movie on YouTube that has two men talking about the fact they can control their bodies. In one of the videos the man talks about how his muscles are so sensitive to light that he can actually feel them pulsating under his skin. I’ve seen muscles pulsating before, but this is like touching something that has a pulse.

This is quite similar to how many of us are able to feel our own muscles pulse when we move our arms or legs. This is the same idea behind the “biofeedback” technology that can tell us when a muscle is tense or relaxed. We can feel it in our own bodies and minds, but we can’t tell anyone else about it.

It’s interesting to translate this into Japanese, but it really is pretty similar. The human body is like a muscle that can be activated or deactivated without any conscious effort on our part. As we become aware of this, we start to feel our own muscles pulsating.

The fact is, every muscle in the human body is part of a single motor unit. We can tell exactly what a muscle is doing because each one is controlled by the same biological signals. One way of looking at this is that we have to do a lot of things to control our body and that includes our muscles. If we can actually experience the sensations that are responsible for the functioning of a muscle, that means we are consciously aware of muscle contractions.
